Terms of Service

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FEIT Training (the "Service"), operated by WebCraft Developers LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

FEIT Training is an educational tool designed to help users practice exploratory conversation and related skills, including through the FEIT framework.

The Service may provide exercises, prompts, feedback, suggestions, explanations, and other content. Some of this content may be generated, evaluated, or otherwise processed using artificial intelligence ("AI") systems.

The Service is currently an evolving product. Features may be added, modified, or removed over time.

2. Educational Purpose and AI-Generated Content

The Service is intended for educational and personal-development purposes.

Prompts, feedback, suggestions, and other content provided by the Service, including AI-generated content, may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unexpected. The Service should not be treated as an authoritative assessment of you, another person, a relationship, or a situation.

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes medical, psychological, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for deciding how, if at all, to use information or feedback provided by the Service.

3. Your Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful personal and educational purposes.

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes;
  • interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Service;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or systems supporting it;
  • use automated means to scrape, extract, or reproduce substantial portions of the Service except where permitted by law or by us;
  • upload or submit material that infringes the rights of others; or
  • attempt to misuse the Service or its underlying infrastructure in a way that could harm us, our service providers, or other users.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our users, our service providers, or others.

4. Content You Submit

The Service may allow you to enter responses to exercises, submit messages through a contact form, or otherwise provide information ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You give us permission to process User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service and to provide the functionality you request. This may include transmitting User Content to third-party service providers, including providers that supply AI or large-language-model functionality.

You are responsible for the information you choose to submit. Because exercise responses may be processed by third-party systems, you should not submit passwords, financial account information, government identification numbers, highly sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or other information that you would not want transmitted to a third-party service provider.

Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party products, platforms, infrastructure, and service providers. These may include providers of hosting, software infrastructure, AI and large-language-model services, security, analytics, communications, and other technical functionality. For example, portions of the Service may be developed or operated using Lovable and services integrated with or made available through that platform.

When information is processed by a third-party provider, that provider may process information according to its own terms, privacy policies, and data-handling practices.

We do not control third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, performance, security, accuracy, or functionality. Changes or interruptions to third-party services may affect the Service.

The Service may also contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and materials owned by third parties, the Service and its content—including its design, text, exercises, frameworks, graphics, software, branding, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to WebCraft Developers LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your use of the Service does not transfer ownership of these materials to you.

You may use the Service and its materials for ordinary personal and educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create substantially derivative copies of the Service or its proprietary materials without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that particular features will remain available.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In particular, we do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or appropriateness of AI-generated or automated content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WebCraft Developers LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us to use the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim or $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
