This Privacy Policy explains how WebCraft Developers LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and otherwise processes information when you use FEIT Training (the "Service").

The current version of the Service does not require users to create accounts.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use the Service.

Information You Provide

You may provide information when you:

enter responses or other text into exercises;
use features that generate AI-assisted feedback or other results;
submit a message through our contact form; or
otherwise communicate with us.

Contact-form submissions may include information such as your name, email address, message, and any other information you choose to provide.

Exercise and AI Input

When you submit a response for AI-assisted feedback or use another AI-powered feature, the text you provide may be transmitted to third-party services that provide AI, large-language-model, hosting, or related infrastructure.

You should not enter passwords, financial account information, government identification numbers, highly sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or other information that you do not want transmitted to third-party service providers.

Technical Information

When you access the Service, we and our service providers may automatically receive ordinary technical information associated with operating a website or application. Depending on the technologies being used, this may include:

IP address;
browser and device information;
operating system;
pages or features accessed;
dates and times of access;
referring pages or URLs; and
diagnostic, security, and error information.

This information may be contained in server logs or collected through technologies used to operate, secure, analyze, or improve the Service.

2. No User Accounts

The current version of the Service does not require user accounts and does not maintain user account profiles.

If account functionality is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated to describe the additional information collected and how it is used.

process exercise responses and generate requested feedback or other results;

4. AI Processing

Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence or large language models.

When you use these features, information you submit may be transmitted to third-party providers for processing so that the Service can generate a response, feedback, or other requested output.

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. You should exercise judgment when deciding what information to provide to an AI-powered feature.

We may change the particular models, platforms, or providers used to supply AI functionality as the Service evolves.

AI and large-language-model processing;

For example, the Service may use Lovable and third-party services integrated with or made available through Lovable.

These providers may receive or process information when necessary to provide their services. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own privacy policies, terms, and data-processing practices.

Because the providers and technical infrastructure supporting the Service may change over time, this Privacy Policy does not necessarily identify every individual provider used at a particular moment.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have knowingly collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Because the current Service does not require accounts, we may not be able to identify or associate anonymous exercise activity with a particular person.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, its features, or the services supporting it change.
